Penny has been a certified Yoga Instructor since 2009. Her experience and practice has taken her nationwide since then, leading her to to explore the practices of Bikram, Yin, Meditation, and in a deeper way, Restorative Yoga.
She has been travelling in the US extensively both training with and assisting the respected and published teacher Judith Hanson Lasater.

If you are new to yoga you must have a lot of questions. For your convenience, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions about our studio and the yoga experience.
You don’t need to be an experienced yoga student to attend classes here, but may I suggest that if this is fairly new to you, you attend the Yoga Basics, or Slow Flow Class
At this time, all weekly classes are at Wendake Beach, the corner of Tiny Concession 6W and Old Trail Road, down the beach path, on the right.
Restorative Workshops & MeditationWorkshops: are at 32 Old Trail Road, my home, indoors.

In the case of a new onset serious medical condition, of your self or an immediate family member, please contact me.
A workshop can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the registered workshop date with a full refund.
Wear comfortable stretchy clothes in layers especially if the class/workshop is outside.
A large Blanket that you can lay on the sand, which may be damp.
A yoga mat, a yoga block, or 2 if you have them, an eye pillow, again if you have one, and a blanket to cover your body, if you like.
Any amount of rain or snow would lead to a cancellation of class. if its too cold for you, then please honor your comfort level.
